Stiefel, die nach kurzer Zeit kaputt sind, werden nicht zurück genommen, weil die Original Rechnung fehlt. Könnte man ja nochmal ausdrucken. Ich kauf hier nur noch das nötigste, leider, auch wenn teils top Leute in der Beratung sind.
 Very unfriendly with small complaints.
Boots that are broken after a short time will not be taken back because the original invoice is missing. You could print it out again. I only buy the most necessary here, unfortunately, even if some of the top people are in the consultation.
