 The staff prefers you not to ask questions in Gratwein. In St. Bartolomä one is much more helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ werde nie wieder da was einkaufen, habe um knapp 6000€ material einkauft und weh du willst was zurück geben. Beim ersten mal hat es 5 Monate und unzählige anrufe gebraucht bis ich mein Geld wieder hatte, bei zweitem mal, rufst vorher an fragst ob die es zurück nehmen "Ja sicher bringen sie es vorbei" fährst drei mal hin und nach zwei Wochen rufen die an und sagen bitte wieder abholen wir können es nicht zurück nehmen.
Man fühlt sich richtig verarscht. Vielen Dank dafür!
I will never buy something again, I bought material for almost 6000 € and what do you want to give back. The first time it took 5 months and countless calls to get my money back, the second time, you call beforehand and ask if they will take it back "Yes, they'll bring it over", you go three times and after two weeks they call and say please pick it up again we can't take it back.
You feel really ripped off. Thanks a lot for this!
