★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenbetreuung ist zum kotzen! JEDES mal, wenn ich in diesem Geschäft einkaufen will, kommt es mir so vor als würden die Angestellten vor Kunden wecklaufen. Wenn man etwas bestimmtes alleine nicht findet hat man Pech gehabt, ausser man stolpert rein zufällig über einen Verkäufer oder verbringt eine Ewigkeit mit der Suche nach einer Menschenseele die dort arbeitet. Ich weiß vonn ALLEN, die ich kenne, dass sie dasselbe sagen.
Customer care is a puke! EVERY time, when I want to shop in this shop, it seems to me that the employees are waking up in front of customers. If you do not find something specific on your own you have been unlucky, unless you stumble upon a salesperson by accident or spend an eternity searching for a human soul working there. I know from ALL that I know that they say the same thing.
