Spinnweben über den vermeintlichen Sicherheitskameras, Staub auf Produkten, Werkzeugen und Regalen. Vom Boden gar nicht zu sprechen. Nun gut, es ist ja in erster Linie ein Lagerhaus (Baumarkt). In Bezug darauf, dass auch Lebensmittel angeboten werden, scheint mir ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit doch angebracht. Auch bei der Beratung ist es nicht weit her. Bei Fragen wird man auf das zum Laden hin offene Büro verwiesen. Dort ist die Kinderbetreuung im vollen Gange. Daher muss man sich für eine einfache Frage anstellen. Standardantworten: "Haben wir nicht" "Weiß ich nicht" die beste war: "Hier ist ein Ordner vom Hersteller schauen Sie bitte selber nach" Das kann nicht Kundenfreundlichkeit sein. Kundenfreundlich sind auch die Öffnungszeiten nicht unbedingt. Gott sei Dank sind nicht alle Lagerhäuser gleich. The question is where to start? Let's start with the impression that the shop gives.
