J	Johann Huber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 11.04. Online zur Abholung im Markt bestellt und bezahlt, bis heute (27.04.) ist die Ware dort aber nicht eingetroffen. Bei der Hotline werde ich darauf verwiesen eine Mail zu schreiben, diese wird allerdings nicht beantwortet. Zwei mal war ich bereits zur Nachfrage im Markt. Also außer Fahrtkosten, Zeitverschwendung und Ärger ist nichts geschehen, jetzt muss ich auch noch meinem Geld hinterher rennen. So etwas Inkompetentes habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. On April 11th Ordered and paid for online for collection in the store, but the goods have not arrived there until today (April 27th). On the hotline I am told to write an email, but this is not answered. I have already been to the market twice to ask. So apart from travel expenses, wasted time and anger, nothing has happened, now I have to run after my money as well. I've never seen anything so incompetent. One star is still too many.

Napríklad v oddelení stavebnín majú iné otváracie hodiny a aj keď celá predajňa ešte fungovala na tomto oddelení už žiadna obsluha nebola. Predavača treba vždy hľadať a požadovať obsluhu , skoro vždy sú zamestnaný s tovarom a teda tam nie sú v prvom rade pre zákazníka. Aktívny prístup som zbadal na oddelení farieb a zvieracích doplnkov a občas vo vnútornej záhrade v oddelení záhradnej techniky a stavebnín sa človek môže prechádzať hodiny a nikto vás nepríde aktívne k vám. Čakajú za pultom. Sortiment bohatý ale v záhradnom centre nie vždy prehľadné ceny Not all departments are open like the whole store. For example, in the construction department they have different opening hours and even though the whole store was still operating in this department, there was no service. The seller should always look for and demand service, they are almost always employed with the goods and therefore they are not there primarily for the customer. I have noticed an active approach in the department of paints and animal accessories, and sometimes in the inner garden in the department of garden equipment and building materials, one can walk for hours and no one will come to you actively. They are waiting behind the counter. Assortment rich but not always clear prices in the garden center
