★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ganz schlechte Performance der Mitarbeiter und Geschäftsführung beim Versuch eines Umtausches einer 5 Kg Gasflasche. ACHTUNG : man bekommt beim ersten mal einen Pfandschein über die Kaution mit, welcher dann auch wenn man über 5 Jahre immer wieder eine Neu holt und die alte austauscht nicht auf der Rechnung über den Gas Kauf erscheint . Will man eines Tages dann die Kaution zurück im Tausch gegen die leere Gasflasche , welche es ja eh nur in diesem Lagerhaus gibt , geht das ganze nur gegen vorweis des Pfandscheines. Keine Ahnung wie viele Menschen diesen nach ca 5 Jahren noch finden oder wissen wo sie den aufgehoben haben, aber nicht einmal eine Kulanz Lösung im Sinne eines Gutscheines zu bekommen finde ich heftig und grenzt meiner Meinung schon fast an Betrug, denn so kann man natürlich auch Geld machen. Somit muss man halt leider auch mit allen anderen Einkäufen zur Konkurrenz gehen.
