Hier wird ein Zirkeltraining angeboten, somit werden auch keine Muskeln beim Training vergessen. Die Mitterabeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Weiters gibt es nach dem Training auch die Möglichkeit sich zu duschen.
Ein kleines, aber feines Fitnesstudio nur für Frauen.
Great gym to recommend!
Here is a circuit training offered, so no muscles are forgotten during training. The Mitterabeiter are very nice and helpful. There is also the possibility to take a shower after the training.
A small but fine gym for women only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angenehme Atmosphäre, lustige, abwechslungsreiche Übungen, persönliche und fachlich kompetente Betreuung. Das Gefühl in ca. 40 Minuten (inklusive Dehnen) wirklich was für mich getan zu haben. Fühle mich gut aufgehoben und freue mich auf jedes neue Training!
Pleasant atmosphere, fun, varied exercises, personal and technically competent support. The feeling of really having done something for me in about 40 minutes (including stretching). I feel in good hands and look forward to every new training session!
