Man merkt sofort das der Chef das wirklich sehr gerne macht und er hat mir auch gleich mal ich glaube fast eine stunde lang alles erklärt was ich wissen wollte und beachten muss. Wichtiges Wissen das ich sonst nicht gehabt hätte! Und der Preis war in verbindung mit dem Service wirklich unschlagbar. Z.b hatte ich mal einen kaputten reifen und hab sofort einen ersatzschlauch dafür bekommen. Also ich kann nur sagen, alles einfach Perfekt! I discovered this shop by chance last year because I really wanted to have the Kugoo M4, which wasn't available anywhere else, and I bought it there right away. You can tell immediately that the boss really likes to do it and he explained to me everything I wanted to know and have to consider for almost an hour. Important knowledge that I would not otherwise have had! And the price in connection with the service was really unbeatable. E.g. I once had a broken tire and immediately got a replacement tube for it. I can only say that everything is just perfect!

Nachdem ich Kontakt aufgenommen habe ,haben die sehr schnell zurückgeschrieben und mir sehr geholfen ohne überhaupt etwas verkaufen zu wollen. Dank dem kompetenten Herr funktioniert mein Roller wieder. Kann jedem nur diese Seite empfehlen die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Hilfsbereit und die Ersatzteile nicht überteuert. After I made contact, they wrote back very quickly and helped me a lot without even wanting to sell anything. Thanks to the competent gentleman, my scooter works again. I can only recommend this site to everyone, the staff are very helpful and the spare parts are not overpriced.

Aus einer Stunde Montage wird dann 48h und wenn man dafür kein Verständnis hat, wird der Auftrag storniert! Tatsächlich gerade so passiert. Untrustworthy. Hands off. Instead of delivering as agreed, he comes up with private excuses. One hour of assembly then becomes 48 hours and if you don't understand this, the order will be cancelled! Actually just happened.
