La Bonita Beauty Spa - Schelleingasse 2

I had very nice experience there. Everyone were very kind and professional. They treat me very nicely. Also ambient there is very nice. Definitely I will come back! :)

The salon environment is very nice but the beauty therapist I had was terrible. I had to wait for twenty minutes and then when I finally met with the beauty therapist she seemed stressed and irritated. I went for a Brazilian and she acted like it was such an inconvenience to have to do it - making irritated noises and complaining about the coarseness of my hair. She barely spoke to me, asking one question throughout the whole appointment and shouting in response to someone outside of the door who was talking to her. There was absolutely no kindness or gentleness in the way she did the wax either, practically bashing the roller into me, I assume because she was rushing because she was so late. I'm severely bruised on my skin from the way that she did it. I asked for a strip of hair to be left, but she removed all the hair, completely ignoring what I had asked for.

I had a spa package “la Bonita relax”. My appointment was at 15:00pm. I was there 5 mins earlier and was asked to take a seat. The lady came at 15:09 (what is the point of making an appointment if you’re going to be late, this time was not even “added” in the end) and took me to a room where I could hear people laughing and talking in the room next to me. (Not very relaxing). The massage was too soft and I wasn’t asked whether I wanted it “harder”. Afterwards I had a facial where she had to come in and out of the room to get all the equipment so this also took a lot of time (which they include in the 120 mins) in which I had to wait in the bed because nothing was ready before. The massage was suppose to last around 120 mins but she finished at 16:30. Even the fact she was late and that she took time in getting everything ready, it was even a lot less than 120 mins! So in the end I was disappointed that she did everything quickly and I did not feel like it was a good experience. I payed 120 EUR which it not a small quantity. My skin is good but after the facial my skin had a break out of spots. I wouldn’t recommend la Bonita and I wouldn’t go back there. I’m very disappointed. I gave it two starts for two reasons 1. It was easy to make an appointment 2. The bed had a heating function Apart from that I can’t really say anything positive about the experience.

I live nearby and have been coming here for over a year, for massages, manicures, waxing etc. Normally I find the staff are often abrupt and not the friendliest - but not unprofessional. Until a few weeks ago... What happened has prompted this negative review, as I feel it's unacceptable service. I organised a manicure appointment for my mother when she was visiting from Australia - and when we made the appointment, I took her in there to show them the other gel/polish she had on to check they could remove it. (An Australian brand very similar to OPI Gel) They said they believed they could, or at least try. At her appointment, they made her wait almost 30 minutes then when the lady came to collect her for her nails - she looked at her nails and said - "we can't remove this". When my mother said, we had already checked when booking and they said they could try, the man came over and said - "well, we don't have time for this." The next client then stepped forward and took her place. She was then forced to leave with no offer of another appointment, or even an apology. I had organised this appointment for her to relax, and they did the exact opposite! I am beyond disappointed with the rude and unprofessional staff, and will no longer be supporting their business. Subsequently, we have found another fantastic nail salon and I highly recommend that you shop around for a higher quality nail salon that care about their customers, before coming here.

I must say that the place is clean, the staff are lovely, and I'm disappointed to leave a bad review. I've been going for deep cleansing facials for almost 15 years because of my skin type but this place was the worst I've ever been to. I'd never left an establishment to wake up the next morning with a huge scar on my cheek. I also got my eyebrows plucked and they were throbbing for two days! As I mentioned earlier, sad to leave a bad review but, this was my experience and I do not recommend this place.

Nice staff , but poor quality services, unfortunately. I went there for waxing, eyebrow threading and pedicure. The beautician was rushed , impatient and harsh, not at all gentle during the waxing. She left patches of hair on the waxed area. The eyebrow threading was poorly made - under natural light, you can see so much thin hair left there. She also did the pedicure - she colored the skin around the nails, and she left some nails with large margin uncolored - in sum, the result looked ugly. I was initially excited about the salon but now 'm disappointed...

Fantastic service and treatments. The swedish massage and body scrub were absolutely perfect. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. This spa is a real gem of a place!

I have visite this Beauty Spa several times and I have always been satisfied by the level of hygene, the skills and capacity of the professionals working here. I would definitely recommend it!
