Wenn ich 100 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich das tun! Das absolute Highlight ist aber Fr. HANSER! Sie ist einfach die Beste. Trotz der Pandemie hat sie die Kursunterlagen sehr detailliert aufgebaut, und die Inhalte verständlich formuliert. Dank ihr bin ich auf dem Niveau C1. :) Dank vielmals! Meiner Ansicht nach ist VGUH Graz absolut perfekt!

Die Erfahrung bei VGUH war unglaublich, die Lehrerinen sind sehr gut vorbereitet und ich würde jedem Schüler empfehlen, an VGUH die Kurse zu nehmen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, weil ich auch sehr motivierte Schüler gekannt habe und dass ich vor allem Deutch perfekt gelernt habe.

Wirklich nette Professoren, vor allem professionell. Das einzige, was ich unfair fand, war die Tatsache, dass wir immer noch 480 Euro für den Unterricht bezahlen mussten, der zu 90% online war. Aus meiner Erfahrung ist der Online-Unterricht viel schlimmer, und es liegt nicht an den Professoren, sondern nur an den Systemen. Aus diesem Grund denke ich, dass der Kurspreis etwas gesenkt werden sollte. Persönliche Kurse sind großartig, aber die Online-Kurse müssen viel besser sein, um so teuer zu sein.

Horrible administration with false information and unfriendly secretary. They don't answer calls and emails. Idiot discriminating teachers, who make difference between nations and even express it for the students to make them feel horrible. Teachers with extremely false history knowledge: for example one of the teacher "taught" us that Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia was Austria before. What the hell? It was Austrian-Hungarian Monarchy, and more over those lands belonged to Hungary. Horrible and unbelievable that it's possible in the XXI. century that "serious" teachers are able to do it without consequences. Horrible that on a lesson the teacher is able to blaspheme the president of an other country front of my classmates to make me feel small. I paid 1000 EUR for this institute, but I got nothing. I'm disappointed in the institute and in the whole country.

Teachers bully students for making mistakes, laugh in their faces for not speaking perfect German, make fun of students for what they choose to study, extremely unfriendly administration. The only reason this place is still up and running is because the University of Graz insists on sending aspiring students to this trashhole of a "school". An embarrasment to any pedagogue.

Unfriendly professors (on different subjects mostly), and they don't even care (not even trying to help you). Spent 2 years for basically nothing. Overall a terrible experience.

During my recent B1 German course, which was mainly online due to COVID, I had two tutors who were both highly motivated, friendly and responsive to my questions in both English and German.

Can’t believe the reviews from the other people!!! I truly believe these students who have posted these terrible reviews are just bad students who study nothing and that’s the reason why they do these terrible reviews. First of all I would like to say that it’s not true that VGUH staff does not answer to emails and tel. I had several question at the beginning and the secretary gave me a detailed explanation of what I needed! They’ve answered to every single call and email I’ve sent. Then I would like to say something about the professors. I was a beginner at most of subjects, and I NEVER felt discrimination when I didn’t know anything. The teachers have supported me a lot through my journey! They also cared about my wellbeing!! I studied German at VGUH, which would be the smartest decision I ever made because now I can speak Deutsch perfectly and have no issues in writing, speaking or grammar. The teachers never discriminated anyone about their origin! They’ve always been friendly and asked us about our nationalities, our cultures and traditions. We even did some projects about the specialities in our countries and the teachers were very happy to hear about that! NO DISCRIMATION, NO RACISM AT VGUH. Thank you VgUH for everything!!! ???????????
