S	Sabrina Mittermüller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abgewohnt, Fitnessraum kaum und sehr alte Ausstattung (teilweise kaputt), Essensplan lest sich gut, Ausführung schlecht. Worn, hardly any fitness room and very old equipment (partially broken), Meal plan reads well, execution bad.

The rooms are simple but you don't need more. Daily cleaning. The bathroom got a bit old due to the tiles. The food is a dream.
R	Renate Ullmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes Essen und freundl.hilfsbereites Personal, zwei Stern weniger, da mit Hund anderes Haus und zwischen den Therapien sehr wenig Zeit ist um nach dem Hund zu sehen, da man durch einen Park gehen muss und auch das Abendessen sehr spät erfolgt so das man dann in Dunkeln durch den Park gehen muss und das ist halt nicht angenehm, wenn man so wie ich gehbehindert ist, aber sonst sehr schön und die Kur sehr anstrengend und das nicht nur für mich sondern etl. Hotelgäste die direkt im Haus wohnen auch Very good food and friendly helpful staff, two stars less, as there is a different house with a dog and there is very little time to check on the dog between the therapies, as you have to go through a park and dinner is also very late so you can then have to walk through the park in the dark and that is just not pleasant if you are handicapped like me, but otherwise very nice and the cure is very exhausting and not only for me but some. Hotel guests who live in the house too

Kann ich empfehlen! The hotel is not a new building, but has everything that makes a pleasant spa stay possible, everything in one house and especially the employees who enjoy their job. I can recommend it!

Kenne das Haus seid1987.Therapien sind wie immer super?Zimmer sind in die jahre gekommen werden aber gehegt und gepflegt von denn Putzperlen?? für mich persönlich ist das Zimmer auch nicht so wichtig. Essen ist besser geworden. Aber für mich am Abend leider zu spät. Personal vom Speisesaal ist top und sehr freundlich.Bei Problemen wird geschaut eine Lösung zu finden.... super Kurpark. Was again 3 weeks for a cure in Bad Hall Vitana. Know the house since 1987. Therapies are great as always ? Rooms are getting old but are cherished and cared for by the cleaning pearls ?? for me personally the room is not that important either. Food has gotten better. But unfortunately too late for me in the evening. The staff from the dining room is great and very friendly. If there are problems, they look for a solution... Great Kurpark.
A	Alfred Buchta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gesamtes Personal, egal ob Putzfrauen, Therapeuten/Therapeutin, Rezeption, Restaurant oder ärztlicher Dienst, sehr freundlich,zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht. In 3 Wochen kein einziges Mal ein Essen 2x bekommen. Reduktionskost sehr zu empfehlen. Zimmer zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem sehr sauber. Einziges Manko und Reparatur bedürftig ist der Fitnessraum. The entire staff, regardless of whether they were cleaning ladies, therapists, reception, restaurant or medical service, were very friendly, accommodating and tried very hard. Didn't get a meal twice in 3 weeks. Reduction diet highly recommended. Rooms are a bit old but still very clean. The only drawback and in need of repair is the fitness room.

L	Lilian L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small and ugly rooms,with interior design like B category, so,no stars.No internet and wifi.Tv channels are just austrians and some not the best ones.No bath gel ,shampoo ,no hair dryer. Fridges are empty.No heating in march.Old and ugly bathrooms.Food offer is so poor and quality is very bad.Prices are to high for the offer which they give.Around 70 € + is a price per person.person.If two persons are going it means they should pay a price of 5 stars hotel in Vienna. Very bad hotel.I would recommend it to nobody.It is for poor people who never visited any hotel.
