Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team Sehr flexibel und bemüht darum den Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht positiv zu gestalten. Wunderbar ruhig - tolle Aussicht und die frische Luft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück war alles frisch! Zimmer sehr sauber.
Nicely decorated room, very comfortable bed. Very warm and friendly welcome from the boss! Very friendly and helpful team Very flexible and endeavored therefore to make the stay positive in every way. Wonderfully quiet - great views and the fresh air. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was all fresh! Room very clean.

A beautifully landscaped garden awaits you with a fantastic view of our fascinating mountain panorama. The breakfast was very lovingly prepared. The waitress was quite friendly.

Das Ambiente des Hauses sehr angenehm. Der Garten sehr gepflegt und toll gestaltet.
Kuranwendungen o.k. Die Organisation etwas chaotisch.
Food sensational. Very flexible service. Special requests will be catered for and, if possible, they will be dealt with promptly.

They claim to be one of the best Spa hotels, catering to older people and those with medical needs, but clearly, as experienced just recently by my elderly mother, they are not professional enough to be responsive to individual needs and even had the audacity to become angry at her, in her face, challenging her when she asked for minor extra things. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated hearing about this experience. Absolutely unprofessional!
