The shipping costs to the US are very reasonable. Customer service is excellent and very responsive. However, due to the Covid situation, it took almost 2 months to get the product.

I ordered around the time of COVID shutdowns around the world and even though it delayed my shipment a fair bit, customer service was prompt on helping me figure out where things were and how long I would be waiting. The metal cans were a blessing too as my package was really beat up before it got to me (but the oil stayed perfectly safe!). I'm so so so happy I found this shop since it's really hard to find pumpkin seed oil in the US, and what I have been able to find was nowhere near as good. Thanks!!! :)

Not to mention that the product is first class quality, for which I am ordering my oil only from them. I fell in love with the Styrian pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil, which are simply more delicious than any other kind I've ever had. I was so happy to have discovered the Kürbiskernöl shop online, and have ordered twice. The products are just as fresh and wonderful as I remember them. I give the beautiful tins as gifts, and have already used up a couple just for our own cooking. The items come safely packed, and the customer service is excellent.

We need to make sure the oil comes from the best location, pressed the right way, has the PGI label which I thought to be the same as G.G.A meaning 1st pressing only. From what I can tell by my research and then buying and now tasting the oil from pumpkinseedoil.cc that this is the real thing. It's the right color and consistency and tastes super rich and nutty and Eldon has been very helpful along the way answering all my questions and concerns, and I had a lot of them! Delivery took about 3 weeks from Austria to California, and the shipping seemed to be the lowest, if just by a little. Glad I found a good company!
