★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dienstagmorgen gleich nach dem Aufsperren natürlich noch nichts hergerichtet. Die Floristin ging mit mir in den Kühlraum und ich durfte mir die Blumen aussuchen. Gute Beratung, der Strauß war perfekt wie immer!!!
On Tuesday morning after unlocking, of course, nothing was done. The florist went with me into the refrigerator and I was allowed to choose the flowers. Good advice, the bouquet was perfect as always !!!

Lediglich der Versuch, mir weitere 10€!!! in Rechnung zu stellen, da die erste Zustellung nicht zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt durchgeführt werden konnte, lässt mich hier eine mäßige Bewertung abgeben.
So ein Vorgehen ist nicht rechtens und auch verrucht. Man fragt sich echt, was manche Menscheb glauben einfach machen zu können... zum Glück habe ich alles schriftlich, wer sich schützen will, nutzt hier nicht das Gespräch am Telefon.
Blumen top, Zustellung flop.
Beautiful flowers, the price is higher, but you get something nice for it.
Just trying to give me another 10 € !!! to invoice, since the first delivery could not be carried out at the agreed time, leaves me with a mediocre rating here.
Such an approach is illegal and also wicked. You really ask yourself what some people think they can do ... luckily I have everything in writing, if you want to protect yourself, you don't use the conversation on the phone here.
Flowers top, delivery flop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuff Service is great (thanks Sophie!) the boss ladies needs some lessins in how to address customers who are dropping g several hundreds of Euros. Ordered wreaths for my mother's funeral which turned out great. If it had ot been for the Boss lady I would have tried to even give them a star more - other staff is extremely helpful.
