Der Unterricht wird von einem sehr erfahren Lehrer geführt, der mit seiner 30 jährigen Erfahrung in Kampfkunst auch die Ruhe findet, neue Schüler in die Unterrichtseinheiten einzubinden. Das obligate Yoga oder Zirkeltraining nach dem Unterricht ist zudem ein sehr guter Ausklang für stressgeplagte Schüler
I can only recommend the school. Classes are led by a very experienced teacher who, with his 30 years of experience in martial arts, also finds the peace to involve new students in the lessons. The obligatory yoga or circuit training after class is also a very good ending for stress-plagued students

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine ausgezeichnete Einrichtung, die mehr als bloßes "Draufhauen" lehrt. Die Kurse sind eine unkonventionelle Abwechslung zum Alltag. Das Auseinandersetzen mit dem eigenen Körper wird durch tolle Instruktionen einfach gemacht; So bieten sich viele Gelegenheiten zur Selbstreflexion - Der Unterricht hat mir in dem kurzen Jahr, in dem ich ihm beiwohne, geholfen, die Welt und mich selbst aus neuen Augen zu betrachten - und das Kraft- bzw. Kampftraining ist natürlich auch erste Sahne ;).
An excellent facility that teaches more than just "hitting it". The courses are an unconventional change from everyday life. Examining your own body is made easy by great instructions; So there are many opportunities for self-reflection - The lessons have helped me in the short year in which I attend him to look at the world and myself from new eyes - and the strength or combat training is of course synonymous first cream;) ,
