Die unterschiedlichen CRM und ERP Module bieten umfassende Features, sind aber trotzdem einfach zu bedienen. TOP- weiter so! We use the customer master software for the management of our customers. We particularly like the usability of the program. The different CRM and ERP modules offer comprehensive features, but are nevertheless easy to use. TOP- keep it up!
M	Michael Hugentobler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Kundendienst und Support, es interessiert keinen ob das Problem zeitnah gelöst oder überhaupt gelöst wurde, teilweise auf Anfragen mehrere Tage keine Antwort und Erreichbarkeit, zudem viel Fehler bei der Ausführung. Software ist ganz gut und Bedienungsleicht mehr aber auch nicht, gibt zu gleichen oder günstigeren Preis deutlich bessere Lösungen auf dem Markt, auch schlechtere, darum ist die Lösung im guten Mittelfeld. Der Support und der Firmen Politik wie man mit Kunden umgeht macht sie leider von einer 3 Stern Lösung zu einer 1 Stern Lösung! Very poor customer service and support, no one cares whether the problem was solved promptly or at all, sometimes no response and availability to inquiries for several days, also a lot of errors during execution. Software is quite good and easy to use, but no more, there are significantly better solutions on the market at the same or cheaper price, even worse ones, so the solution is in the good middle field. The support and the company's policy on how to deal with customers unfortunately turns you from a 3 star solution to a 1 star solution!

Wir verwenden die Kundenverwaltung, die Verkaufsmodule, die Zeiterfassung und auch noch das Rechnungsmodul. Dieses exportiert übrigens die Rechnungen direkt zu unserem Steuerberater, der BMD verwendet und dort alles einspielt. The software solution is ideal for small and medium-sized companies, as everything is in ONE program and you don't need 4 or 5 different programs. We use the customer management, the sales modules, the time recording and also the invoice module. Incidentally, this exports the invoices directly to our tax advisor, who uses BMD and imports everything there.
