Dachte immer in öffentlichen Räumen darf nicht geraucht werden? I find it impossible that smoking is allowed in the entrance area! How do non-smokers get to go through there? Always thought in public spaces that smoking is not allowed?

Mein ganzes Gewand war verpestet. Gibt es denn kein Gesetz für den Nichtraucherschutz? Es gab hier ein Argument, dass eine Thateraufführung keine öffentliche Veranstaltung sei und die Gemeinde das Rauchen erlauben darf. Ich habe nichts gegen einen Raucherbereich, aber es muss halt eine vernünftige Ent- und Belüftung gewährleistet sein. Und ich sehe nicht ein, dass ich Kaffe und Kuchen im Raucherbereich kaufen und konsumieren muss und die Gardarobe nicht vom Raucherbereicht getrennt ist. Auch habe ich im Gesetz gelesen, dass, wenn Eintrittskarten für den Besuch vorgesehen sind, es sich um eine öffentliche Veranstaltung handelt.
