★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACHTUNG: Auf der Rechnung steht Umtausch binnen 14 Tagen, tatsächlich ist der Umtausch gegen Geld nur für 7 Tage möglich. Danach geht nur "Ware gegen Ware". Extra ein Auto organisiert, um rechtzeitig binnen 2 Wochen hinzukommen und dann wollten sie mir kein Geld zurückgeben. Angeblich wird das jeder Kundschaft dazugesagt, jedoch hat man das weder mir noch meiner Freundin gesagt. Am Schluss hab ich gesehen dass es auf einer Tafel an der Kassa vermerkt ist - kleingedruckt! - worauf einen aber niemand hinweist.
Lächerliche und seltsame Regeln, spricht dafür dass es finanziell nicht gut läuft. Kein Wunder - außer den bekannten Marken gibt es nur Billigware aus Polyester.
ATTENTION: The invoice says exchange within 14 days, in fact the exchange for money is only possible for 7 days. After that, only "goods against goods" is possible. A car was specially organized to arrive in time within 2 weeks and then they didn't want to give me any money back. Allegedly every clientele is told that, but neither me nor my girlfriend was told. At the end I saw that it was noted on a board at the cash desk - in small print! - which nobody points out to you.
Ridiculous and strange rules suggest that things are not going well financially. No wonder - apart from the well-known brands, there are only cheap goods made of polyester.
