Ich durfte mich von einem missgelaunten Angestellten anmaulen lassen, als würde ich es ihm zu fleiß machen, dass ich am Freitag auftauche. Bei der Annahme des Auftrages fehlte es nur noch, dass der Angestellte mich persöhnlich für alle Fehlschläge seines Leben verantwortlich macht. DER BAHNDLUNG VON KUNDEN IN DIESEM LADEN IST EINE FRECHHEIT!!! NIE, NIE WIEDER!!!! On Friday I drove to the company after a hard week. I was allowed to let a mischievous employee yell at me as if I were too hard on him to show up on Friday. When I accepted the order, the only thing missing was that the employee personally made me responsible for all the failures of his life. CUSTOMER TRAINING IN THIS STORE IS A FREEDOM !!! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Das zweite Mal bin ich an einen Mitarbeiter gekommen, der unfreundlicher und inkompetenter nicht hätte sein können. Wie dieses Unternehmen mit solchen Angestellten überleben kann, ist mir ein Rätsel. Wenn dem Betrieb die Arbeit und das Geld das ich für ihn habe nicht gut genug ist, wird sich sicher eine andere Firma finden, die mit Freuden das Geld nimmt oder zumindest ein Minimum an Kundengespür besitzt. Was recently the second time at the company for service. The first time everything was OK. The second time I came across an employee who couldn't have been more unfriendly and incompetent. How this company can survive with such employees is a mystery to me. If the work and the money that I have for the company is not good enough, another company will surely be found that will happily take the money or at least have a minimum of customer flair.
