Jedoch war leider zwischen Angebot und verrechneten Preis bei einem Einfamilienhaus ein Preisunterschied von knapp € 7.000.- Das ist für mich ein NO-GO! Man sollte sich auf den Geschäftspartner verlassen und können und nicht mittels irgendwelcher Tricks den Auftrag bekommen und dann mehr verrechnen als vereinbart.
The quality of the work is very good. Unfortunately, there was a price difference of almost € 7,000 between the offer and the price charged for a single-family house. That's a NO-GO for me! You should and should be able to rely on the business partner and not use any tricks to get the order and then charge more than agreed.
