★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl meine Familie den Termin bezeugen konnte wurde behauptet es wäre eine andere Zeit gewesen heute. Ich wurde nicht angerufen. Man hat mich wieder weggeschickt. Die Inhaberin hat die Zeit nicht nur falsch eingetragen und behauptet ich wäre zu spät gewesen. Sie hat sich nicht entshuldigt und beschuldigt mich. Sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell obwohl ich im vorherigen Salon im Intalcenter regelmäßiger Kunde war. Gott sei Dank hab ich einen anderen Friseur gefunden ohne Arroganz. Ich bin sogar dankbar.
Although my family could witness the appointment, it was claimed that it would have been a different time today. I was not called. I was sent away again. The owner not only entered the time incorrectly and claims I was too late. She didn't apologize and blame me. Very unfriendly and unprofessional although I was a regular customer in the previous salon in the Intalcenter. Thank god I found another hairdresser with no arrogance. I am even grateful.
