Für unseren Jüngsten wie immer den Klassiker - Spaghetti Bolognese mit Parmesan - für die anderen Dinkelnockerl, wählbar in 3 verschiedenen Ausführungen. Carbonara haben wir heute probiert, natürlich mit frischem, herrlich mariniertem Salat. Die Bewertung der Spaghetti: nicht mal Oma oder Mama bringen so tolle Spaghetti zusammen, und die können auch super kochen (tolles Lob von Benni) Und die Dinkelnockerl? Die sind ein Gedicht! Sie sind eine Geschmacksexplosion! (Bewertung von Basi) Wir können diese kulinarische Trauminsel nur jedem empfehlen! Nicht nur die Kucheninsel, aber die besonders, sind einen Abstecher nach Oberwölbling wert! The rising electricity costs made us not to cook ourselves today, but to go to lunch ? For our youngest, as always, the classic - Spaghetti Bolognese with Parmesan - for the other spelled dumplings, available in 3 different versions. We tried carbonara today, of course with a fresh, wonderfully marinated salad. The rating of the spaghetti: not even grandma or mum can put together such great spaghetti, and they can also cook really well (great praise from Benni) And the spelled dumplings? They are a poem! Danke, für die nette Bewirtung! Pleasantly bright atmosphere, beautiful sidewalk café, friendly waiters and the breakfast is a dream (especially the breakfast for two!). Die Produkte kommen aus der Region, das Flair ist kuschelig wie in einem Puppenhaus, es wird alles gemacht um deine Wünsche/Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen und die Sprüche an den Wänden/am Klo helfen dir zu entspannen und das Leben nicht soooo ernst zu nehmen. Natürlich konnte ich bei den ganzen Leckereien nicht widerstehen auch noch einen Kuchen mitzunehmen und auch für die Nicht-Kaffee-trinker gibt es eine riesen Auswahl an Heißer Schokolade und Tee. Eine Reservierung ist dringen notwendig, da die Lokalität im Winter nur 5 Tische und einen Fensterplatz besitzt. Die Preise sind nicht die Billigsten, was für mich in diesem Fall vollkommen verständlich und perfekt ist, da die Besitzer viel Wert auf die Qualität ihrer Produkte legen und vieles davon selbst hergestellt wird, anstatt Ramsch ohne richtige Inhaltsstoffe zu servieren. Wie immer ein wunderbares Frühstück? As always just a dream!!! The products come from the region, the flair is as cuddly as in a doll's house, everything is done to fulfill your wishes/special requests and the sayings on the walls/on the toilet help you to relax and not take life so seriously. Of course, I couldn't resist taking a cake with me with all the delicacies, and there is also a huge selection of hot chocolate and tea for non-coffee drinkers. A reservation is urgently needed as the location only has 5 tables and a window seat in winter. The prices aren't the cheapest, which for me is perfectly understandable and perfect in this case, as the owners care a lot about the quality of their products and much of it is made in-house rather than serving up junk with no real ingredients. As always, a wonderful breakfast ?

We enjoyed a local breakfast on a Sunday morning and it was the perfect start of our day before heading out for a hike in Aggstein. We loved the atmosphere there with all these fun quotes on the walls and fresh cut flowers at the window. The service was good and attentive and, even if we don't speak too much german, the barista was very helpful. We will go back for a coffee beforw we head back home.
