★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten einen so schlechten und unprofessionellen Kundendienst erlebt. Anrufe und Email werden nicht berücksichtigt. Der Kunde wird hingehalten (und das über mehrere Monate) bis er irgendwann die Geduld verliert und einen anderen Tischler suchen muss.
Bezüglich Qualität des Einbauens kann ehrlicherweise nichts gesagt werden, da nie etwas eingebaut wurde. Es wird weiterhin auf eine Rückmeldung gewartet.
Seldom experienced such bad and unprofessional customer service. Calls and emails are not taken into account. The customer is put off (and that for several months) until he eventually loses patience and has to look for another carpenter.
With regard to the quality of the installation, honestly nothing can be said as nothing was ever installed. A response is still awaited.

Von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung wurde alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Zudem konnten wir, in engem Austausch, selber bei der Planung mitwirken und konnte so all unsere Sonderwünsche einfließen lassen. Hinsichtlich Kompetenz und Verlässlichkeit sollte noch ein zusätzlicher Stern vergeben werden können.
We have equipped our entire apartment with custom-made furniture from the Kubik3 joinery and are absolutely happy. From planning to implementation, everything was carried out to our complete satisfaction. In addition, we were able to participate in the planning ourselves, in close cooperation, and were able to incorporate all of our special requests. In terms of competence and reliability, it should be possible to award an additional star.
