Anfragen per Mail werden gar nicht beantwortet (3x unabhängig voneinander probiert) und der telefonische Kontakt war sehr unfreundlich.
Der Gesprächspartner meldete sich nicht mit seinem Namen bzw. dem Namen der Firma, war besserwisserisch und legte noch auf, während ich sprach bzw. bevor ich mich überhaupt verabschieden konnte.
Die Anreise für die Besichtigung habe ich mir nach diesen Erfahrungen lieber erspart.

Inquiries by email are not answered at all (tried 3x independently of each other) and the telephone contact was very unfriendly.
The interlocutor did not answer with his name or the name of the company, was know-it-all and hung up while I was speaking or before I could even say goodbye.
After these experiences, I preferred to save myself the journey to visit.
