★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 10.08.2018 bestellten meine Freunde und ich ein Taxi von Nussbach zum Wüstenfest das Taxi kam zuverlässig und wir zahlten für die Strecke wie am Telefon besprochen 25€. Jetzt komme ich jedoch zu meiner Beschwerde einen Tag darauf am 11.08.2018 bestellten wir wieder ein Taxi von Nussbach bis zum Wüstenfest am Telefon wurde gesagt es würde höchstens 25 - 30€ kosten. Als wir jedoch dann am Festgelände mit dem Taxi ankamen verlangte der Taxi Fahrer 45€ von uns da wir ja einen Tag zuvor 25€ bezahlt hatten fragten wir Ihn wieso es plötzlich so viel koste und dies keine normale Summe wäre für diese kurze Strecke. Als wir uns dann zirka 3 Minuten beschwert hatten ging der Fahrer des Taxis plötzlich mit dem Preis von 45€ auf 35€ herunter. Ich kam mir dabei vor als würde man uns verarschen. Ich hoffe das dies in der Zukunft nicht mehr vorkommen wird, denn sonst wäre dieses Taxi Unternehmen immer pünktlich und die Fahrer normalerweise freundlich.
On August 10th, 2018 my friends and I ordered a taxi from Nussbach to the Wüstenfest the taxi came reliably and we paid € 25 for the route as discussed on the phone. Now, however, I come to my complaint one day later on August 11th, 2018 we ordered a taxi from Nussbach to the desert festival on the phone they said it would cost a maximum of 25-30 €. However, when we arrived at the festival area by taxi, the taxi driver demanded 45 € from us because we had paid 25 € the day before, we asked him why it suddenly cost so much and this would not be a normal sum for this short distance. When we complained for about 3 minutes, the taxi driver suddenly went down from € 45 to € 35. I felt like we were being kidnapped. I hope that this will not happen again in the future, otherwise this taxi company would always be on time and the drivers usually friendly.
