J	Jogy Nagel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurz nach Wiedereröffnung endlich zum Frisör meines Vertrauens. Olnline Reservierung klappte einwandfrei und sehr einfach. Dann im Salon schon ein komisches Gefühl mit Masken und Desinfektion und so. Die Mitarbeiter und ich etwas verunsichert. Dann gab es ein Missverständnis mit dem jungen sehr freundlichen und handwerklich Top ausgebildeten Stylistin. Der Junge Fachmann Schnitt einfach zu wenig - wie gesagt alle etwas verunsichert ob der neuen Regeln. Im ersten Moment sagte ich nichts - und verlies den Ort des Geschehens - später im Auto im Rückspiegel ne dat kann nicht sein und wieder retour. Kurz mit mit dem Ober IHäuptling HAP gesprochen und mein Problem geschildert dabei eingeräumt, dass ich mich wahrscheinlich nicht klar ausgedrückt habe und sein Indianer nichts dafür kann. Alles kein Problem sprach der Häuptling sofort neuen Termin bekommen da ja alles durchgetaktet ist wegen Desinfizieren und Terminen und so war es nicht möglich sofort zu reagieren. Zwei Tage später neuen Termin genaues Gespräch und KOSTENLOS dann selbe von vorne - nur diesmal mit einem tollen Ergebnis alles mehr als nice und bestens besser geht nicht . Diesen Service gibts halt nur in einem Fachbetrieb, vielleicht Euro 1,50 teurer als die Discounter aber erstens bleibt das Geld im Dorf und zweitens einfach klasse Service. Halt ein Meisterbetrieb mit Harder Wurzeln. Herzlichen Dank an den Stylistin und an Hans Peter Krenn. So sieht Dienstleistung aus !!!! Voll gerne wieder und das seit 40 Jahren. Shortly after reopening finally to the hairdresser of my trust. Olnline reservation worked flawlessly and very easily. Then in the salon a strange feeling with masks and disinfection and such. The staff and I a little unsettled. Then there was a misunderstanding with the young, very friendly and top trained stylist. The young professional just cut too little - as I said, everyone is a little unsure about the new rules. At first I said nothing - and left the scene - later in the car in the rear-view mirror ne dat can not be and back again. Spoken briefly with the chief of the chief HAP and described my problem, admitting that I probably did not express myself clearly and that his Indian could not help it. No problem said the chief immediately got a new appointment because everything is scheduled due to disinfection and appointments and so it was not possible to react immediately. Two days later a new appointment exact discussion and FREE then the same from the beginning - only this time with a great result everything more than nice and best is not better. This service is only available in a specialist company, maybe € 1.50 more expensive than the discounters, but firstly the money stays in the village and secondly simply great service. Stop a master company with Harder roots. Many thanks to the stylist and Hans Peter Krenn. This is what service looks like !!!! We would love to do it again and have done so for 40 years.
