Leider muß der neue Küchen- und Badboden wegen eines Beratungsfehlers des Materiallieferanten wieder komplett entfernt und neu gemacht werden. Trotzdem daß der Materiallieferant seinen Beratungsfehler nicht eingesteht und die Diskussion über Verschulden andauert, hat die Fa. Kreativkeramik in professionellster und kundenfreundlichster Weise reagiert und die Behebung umgehend eingeleitet. Bei solchen Problemen zeigt sich umso mehr die Zuverlässigkeit oder eben Unzuverlässigkeit eines Unternehmens, wir sind trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Boden sehr von der Zusammenarbeit angetan. Außerdem ist die Auswahl und Beratung wie auch schon von den Vorrezensenten beschrieben top, wir können das Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder mit Kreativkeramik arbeiten. The creative ceramics team has installed a new mineral cast floor in our kitchen and bathroom / toilet. Unfortunately, the new kitchen and bathroom floor has to be completely removed and made new because of a mistake made by the material supplier. Despite the fact that the material supplier does not admit his advice mistake and the discussion about fault is ongoing, the creative ceramics company reacted in the most professional and customer-friendly manner and promptly initiated the rectification. With such problems, the reliability or unreliability of a company is all the more apparent. Despite the inconvenience with the floor, we are very pleased with the cooperation. In addition, the selection and advice as described by the previous reviewers is top, we can recommend the company without reservation. We would work with creative ceramics again at any time.
