★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nett und freundlich. Kann man jederzeit Besuchen und ein Schnuppertraining absolvieren. Man lernt schon einiges was hilfreich ist / wäre. Von den Leuten sind auch alle recht kamot und man kann gut trainieren. Fragen werden kompetent beantwortet. Außerdem gibt es genügend gratis Parkplätze.
 Very nice and friendly. You can always visit and complete a trial training. You already learn a lot that is helpful / would be. Of the people are all right kamot and you can train well. Questions are answered competently. There are also plenty of free parking spaces.

Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, neben der Selbstverteidigung ist auch Kraft und Ausdauer sowie rechtliche Grundlagen fixer Bestandteil des Trainings.
First training after (my) summer break, it was nice again!
I can only recommend it to everyone, in addition to self-defense, strength and endurance as well as legal principles are an integral part of the training.
