★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Kraftwerk/power plant/dam has boat wagons on the left-hand shore (when facing downstream)! No need to carry your canoe/kayak/rowboat the 350 meters and destroy your back. It's a bit of a walk to the kayak trolleys (they're really all the way at the concrete arcs at the dam itself), but it's much better like this. Thank you canoe/kayak/rowboat lobby for providing them. There are nice slipways on both sides.
