★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich erwartet man ja immer das einem geholfen wird, aber hier ist das Programm. Immer freundlich, immer Hilfsbereit und (fast) immer gibt es eine Lösung. Kein Problem zu groß und keines zu klein, ein Familienbetrieb der mit den großen mitspielt nur günstiger und man ist keine Nummer.

Actually, you always expect to be helped, but here is the program. Always friendly, always ready to help and (almost) always there is a solution. No problem too big and none too small, a family business that plays along with the big ones just cheaper and you are not a number.
