Ich selber bin Pädagogin und voller Unverständnis für die Vorgänge in dieser Einrichtung. Nicht nur an Herzenswärme und Feingefühl mangelt es, auch an Transparenz (sowohl was die Geschehnisse und täglichen Abläufe betrifft, auch organisatorisch und finanziell : Gelder werden auch in Ferienzeiten eingehoben, Elterngespräche absolute Rarität), der Grundversorgung bei Essen und Trinken, sowie der Pflege, Wundschutzcremen und Sonnencreme werden verweigert und unser Kind kam mehrmals mit Blutergüssen und blauen Flecken heim, die keiner erklären konnte und für die die Verantwortung einfach mürrisch zurück gewiesen wurde. Nach unserem Wechsel sind wir noch mehr irritiert, der Unterschied ist wie Tag und Nacht und wir sind überglücklich eine tolle neue Einrichtung gefunden zu haben, die unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertreffen und uns nach dem Dilemma mit Villa Nesterl den Glauben an pädagogische Einrichtungen wieder geschenkt hat. We had our child in this facility for 10 months and in this short time we had many problems. I myself am a pedagogue and full of lack of understanding for what is going on in this facility. Not only is there a lack of warmth and sensitivity, there is also a lack of transparency (both in terms of what is happening and daily processes, also organizationally and financially: funds are also collected during vacation periods, parent-child talks are an absolute rarity), basic care for eating and drinking, and care, Wound protection creams and sunscreen are refused and our child came home several times with bruises and bruises, which nobody could explain and for which the responsibility was simply grumpily rejected. After our move we are even more irritated, the difference is like day and night and we are overjoyed to have found a great new facility that more than exceeded our expectations and, after the dilemma with Villa Nesterl, has given us back faith in educational institutions ,

Man merkt, dass die Betreuerinnen die Kinder wirklich gern haben, es herrscht eine herzliche und liebevolle Atmosphäre. Für uns waren zudem die (relativ) langen Öffnungszeiten von Vorteil. Our youngest daughter was allowed to spend a year here and always felt completely at ease. You can tell that the carers really like the children, there is a warm and loving atmosphere. The (relatively) long opening times were also an advantage for us.
