★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ende November gab es nach einer Anfrage per Mail von unserer Seite ein Telefonat wegen einem persönlichen Treffen. Aufgrund der Corona-Situation und meiner Schwangerschaft (9.Monat) baten wir, dies später nachzuholen und vorab ein Angebot zu erhalten um uns orientieren zu können, was uns bestätigt wurde. Nach zwei Monaten fragten wir per Mail bzgl. des Angebots nach, die Antwort folgte prompt:
"Am 30.11 wollte Herr P. einen Termin für mich mit Ihnen vereinbaren, welchen Sie abgelehnt haben.
Nachdem Sie es nicht der Mühe wert finden mit mir einen Termin wahrzunehmen, werden ich mir auch die Arbeit nicht antuen für Sie ein Angebot zu erstellen, damit Sie uns mit Ihren Billiganboten vergleichen können."

Ein Stern deshalb, weil man einen geben muss.
At the end of November there was a phone call from our side about a personal meeting after an email request. Due to the corona situation and my pregnancy (9th month), we asked to do this later and to receive an offer in advance so that we could orientate what was confirmed to us. After two months we asked about the offer by email, the answer followed promptly:
"On November 30th, Mr. P. wanted to make an appointment for me with you, which you refused.
Since you don't find it worthwhile to make an appointment with me, I won't do the job of creating an offer for you so that you can compare us with your cheap offers. "
