Was soll ich sagen, es ist wirklich ein Wahnsinn wie einfach man von zu Hause aus etwas für seine Fitness machen kann. Für uns war immer wichtig unabhängig vom Fitnessstudio zu sein. Mit Kotosport ist das möglich. Das besondere an der ganzen Geschichte ist aber die persönliche Betreuung durch den Trainer bzw. Entwickler der App. Angefangen von einem sehr professionellen persönlichen Erstgespräch mit genauer Vermessung und Analyse bis hin zur Betreuung danach. Unterstützend zur App werden Trainingspläne für Laufen und Ernährungspläne bereit gestellt. Ich kann nur sagen, dass es sich wirklich lohnt. Und in der Community macht es auch viel SpaSs. Es werden Events angeboten, wo man auf Gleichgesinnte trifft. Noch mehr Ansporn. Im Rahmen eines Schulprojektes konnte ich die Schüler auch Kotosport Luft schnuppern lassen. Sie waren begeistert. Christian, weiter so. Wir bleiben sicher dran. For a little more than 1 month, my husband and I are training with the Kotosport app. What can I say, it is really amazing how easy it is to do something for your fitness at home. It was always important for us to be independent of the gym. With Kotosport this is possible. But the special thing about the whole story is the personal support by the trainer or developer of the app. Starting with a very professional personal interview with accurate surveying and analysis up to the care afterwards.
