Preis deutlich höher als bei telefonischnischer Anfrage angegeben, obwohl keine Extras in Anspruch genommen wurden und die Behandlung keine halbe Stunde dauerte.
Kein Getränk angeboten bekommen, ist nicht wichtig, das nur nebenbei.
Für ein 60 Euro Make up, gibt es nicht einmal einen haltbaren Lippenstift, das störte mich am meisten.

Price significantly higher than stated in the telephone inquiry, although no extras were used and the treatment lasted less than half an hour.
Not being offered a drink is not important, that's just incidentally.
For a 60 euro make-up, there is not even a durable lipstick, that bothered me the most.
