★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute bin ich das erste mal in einem Kosmetikstudio gewesen und sehr zufrieden gewesen. Anfangs war ich nervös weil es für mich ungewohnt war. Die Nervosität ist allerdings nach wenigen Sekunden weg gewesen:
1. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr ordentlich und sauber.
2. Sie ist super sympathisch und erklärt alles perfekt.
3. Man fühlt sich einfach direkt wohl und ist in guten Händen.
Preise sind sehr fair.
Man merkt auch, dass die Kundenzufriedenheit wirklich groß geschrieben wird.

Today I went to a cosmetic studio for the first time and was very satisfied. At first I was nervous because it was unfamiliar to me. However, the nervousness was gone after a few seconds:
1. Very nicely decorated, very neat and clean.
2. She is super personable and explains everything perfectly.
3. You just feel right at home and are in good hands.
Prices are very fair.
You can also tell that customer satisfaction is really important.
