Unprofessionell empfand ich, dass die Kosmetikerin jedes mal die Behandlung unterbrechen musste um Utensilien oder Cremen zu holen, sollte im Behandlungsraum vor Ort sein. Mir wurden Cremes für zu Hause empfohlen, ohne jedoch den Preis zu nennen.... sicher auch mein Fehler, ich habe nicht nachgefragt... habe viel Geld für wenig Beratung bezahlt. Preis Leistung stimmt für mich nicht. The treatment was ok and the beautician very friendly. Unprofessionally, I felt that every time the beautician had to interrupt the treatment to get utensils or creams, should be in the treatment room on site. I was recommended creams for the home, but without mentioning the price .... sure synonymous my mistake, I did not ask ... have paid a lot of money for little advice. Price performance is not right for me.

Die Beratung war offensichtlich unzureichend und auf mein höfliches Nachfragen wurde nicht sonderlich freundlich reagiert - ich bat um einen geringen Preisnachlass, der wurde mir nicht gewährt, dies fand ich sehr kleinlich. Auf Umgangsformen wird nach meinem Eindruck generell nicht viel wert gelegt. Weiters wäre es hilfreich, wenn Auszubildende im 1. LJ während ihrer Arbeit besser betreut werden oder ihre Arbeit nachher kontrolliert wird, der Kunde bezahlt ja auch den vollen Preis. Dennoch positiv: die Fußpflege war im Gegensatz zur Maniküre zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the results of the manicure several times. The advice was obviously inadequate and my polite inquiries was not particularly friendly response - I asked for a small discount, which was not granted to me, I found this very petty. On manners, in my opinion, generally not much value. Still positive: the pedicure was in contrast to the manicure to my complete satisfaction.

Die Kosmetikerinnen sind freundlich und versuchen den Wunsch so gut es geht zu erfüllen. Fand es super. Werde bestimmt noch einmal kommen. Klasse !! It was great ?? ?, just great. Everything is super clean and the quality is great. I was more than happy with the result :). The beauticians are friendly and try to fulfill the request as best they can. Loved it. Will definitely come again. Class !!
