R	Richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Sonne is an excellent Hotel to stay in providing that you are happy with no English speaking television channels and no coffee and tea making facilities. The recently refurbished rooms are excellent. The staff are very pleasant and there are beautiful surrounding areas. Fuegen is a lovely little village with a couple of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. 45 minute drive from Innsbruck.

A	Alex Luk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first night I stayed in the old phase and the room was dim just like tradition hotel. Although well maintenance, the style is very different from new phase, very bright and stylist. This makes me feel not good. Next day, I stay in new phase which is very good.
D	Dirk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointment We are in day 3 of our stay at this hotel and so far it has been disappointing. Although the rooms are nice and the bed is good, there are 3 key reasons why you shouldn't go here: 1. The service is awful. It's not about the customer, it's about running their schedule. No questions whether we like our food, whether we would like anything else to drink or whether we're enjoying our stay. People don't seem to care that you're there. 2. The heat. Our room has been 24degrees every night. Our baby and we cannot sleep. We have addressed this multiple times and they say they're gonna change this. Nothing happens. The people staying here are Dutch, German and British, where the standard temperature at night is 18-19degrees. It's about your customers, not about you. 3. The food. The food is awful. Overcooked pasta, fish and vegetables. And for the children junkfood, not even veggies. Overall they simply don't seem to care about their customer. We're almost halfway through our stay (room 120). Let's see whether they listen and are willing to improve. So far I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
