J	Jürgen Böhm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte Telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen um einen Termin wegen einem Kostenvoranschlag für unser Haus. Der Mitarbeiter war freundlich und sagte zu mir das ich ihm die Pläne von unserem Haus schicken soll. Wir hatten uns einen Termin ausgemacht um unser Bauprojekt zu besprechen. Bei den Termin sagte der Mitarbeiter das er mit seinem Chef gesprochen hat ob sie zu unserem Grundstück fahren weil es nicht in ihrem Bereich hinein fällt, aber sie machen eine Ausnahme weil es ist ja eh nur die benachbarte Ortschaft. Der Mitarbeiter nahm freundlich meine Wünsche entgegen und versprach mir das er sich in den nächsten Wochen mit einem Kostenvoranschlag bei mir meldet. Soweit war ich guter Dinge das die Firma einen guten Eindruck macht. Nach ein paar Tagen bekam ich eine E Mail das der Mitarbeiter mit seinem Chef gesprochen hat und der hat auf einmal gesagt sie können es leider nicht machen weil es zu weit weg ist. Da stellt sich bei mir die Frage warum kann man das nicht schon vorher sagen wenn man die genaue Adresse hat und es der Chef auch sagt wir machen eine Ausnahme????? Da lobe ich mir die Firma kickinger in Böheimkirchen die haben wir gleich von Anfang an gesagt daß es nicht in ihren Bereich fällt. I contacted us by phone to make an appointment for a quote for our house. The employee was friendly and told me that I should send him the plans for our house. We had made an appointment to discuss our construction project. At the appointment, the employee said that he had spoken to his boss about whether they would drive to our property because it does not fall into their area, but they make an exception because it is only the neighboring village anyway. The employee kindly accepted my wishes and promised me that he would get in touch with me in the next few weeks with a cost estimate. So far I was in good spirits that the company made a good impression. After a few days I got an email that the employee had spoken to his boss and he suddenly said they couldn't do it because it was too far away. The question arises for me, why can't you say that in advance when you have the exact address and the boss also says we'll make an exception ????? I praise the company kickinger in Böheimkirchen, we said right from the start that it does not fall within their area.
