A telefonos beszélgetés nem egy olyan hangvételben zajlott, amelyet egy hivataltól elvárnék.Ezenkívül nem kaptam meg azt a segítségnyújtást, amelyre szükségem lett volna.
 In my opinion, the internet name is not correct, as it is not a Hungarian consulate in Graz (a consular office with only limited assistance). The phone conversation was not in the tone I would expect from an office. Also, I didn’t get the help I needed.
