Nach einem klaren "ja" seinerseits, bin ich aus der Obersteiermark inklusive Koffer angereist. Im Geschäft hat er den Koffer kurz betrachtet und, dann erklärt, dass er für diese Marke keine Ersatzteile hat.
Darüber hätte man doch wohl im Vorhinein am Telefon informieren können!!
I contacted the owner in advance and asked if he could fix the bikes on my suitcase.
After a clear "yes" on his part, I came from Upper Styria including my suitcase. In the store he took a quick look at the suitcase and then explained that he had no spare parts for this brand.
You could have informed about this in advance on the phone!
