★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible - stay away. I have lived in Vienna for few years and this is my worst experience at a cafe here. The guy was extremely and unnecessarily rude when I decided to go inside to order after waiting a long time at the terrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by the cosy exterior. The owner in this cafe was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. He was horrible to my friends and I from the very beginning; he screamed at us, put our drinks in front of us aggressively and refused to serve us any food for breakfast. He didn't even ask half of my friends what they wanted to order. Some elderly local people walked in a few minutes later and he was all smiles to them so he obviously has a problem with tourists. It really upset all of us and made us really angry.

Had a Viennese coffee and light breakfast. Host very nice and looked after us with very good English.
