Selten so einen guten Service erlebt. Danke, freue mich schon auf viele weitere Touren mit meinem Komperdell Stock. Incredible service, I sent my touring stick (unfortunately broken twice) by post and got one exchanged within 3 days. Seldom experienced such good service. Thank you, I'm looking forward to many more tours with my Komperdell stick.

Ich bin nach Mondsee gefahren und dort wurde der Stock innerhalb weniger Minuten kostenlos repariert und die richtige Benutzung wurde mir von der netten Dame nochmal erklärt. Top Service! Vielen Dank. Unfortunately, one of my hiking poles broke due to incorrect handling. I went to Mondsee and there the stick was repaired free of charge within a few minutes and the nice lady explained to me again how to use it. Top service! Thanks very much.

Hätte einen Rückenprotektor gesucht, aber das Personal hatte leider keinerlei Informationen/Auskunft über das Produkt bzw. die Unterschiede. Habe dann als Frau einen XL Herrnptotektor bekommen zur Anprobe obwohl ich eine S-M Größe habe. Sehr schade. Unfortunately I only have to give 1 star for my visit. The advice was disastrous. Was looking for a back protector, but unfortunately the staff had no information/information about the product or the differences. As a woman, I got an XL Mr. Ptotektor to try on, even though I have an S-M size. Too bad.

Mit meinen Rennstöcken hatte ich nie Probleme, aber der Falttourenstock fällt bereits nach wenigen Touren an allen Ecken und Enden auseinander... Quality has dropped significantly. I've never had any problems with my racing poles, but the folding touring pole falls apart at every nook and cranny after just a few tours...

Ein österreichisches Produkt zu kaufen war mir auch sehr wichtig. Preis Leistung top! Sehr empfehlenswert! I bought Komperdell hiking poles and I love them. They weren't the cheapest sticks, but they weren't the most expensive either, and they're worth every penny. Buying an Austrian product was also very important to me. Price-performance top! Highly recommended!
