Komornik war zwar nach einem Defekt der Heizungspumpe rasch zur Stelle, aber offensichtlich meint man, dies auch dann beim Preis verrechnen zu dürfen. Fast 600 Euro für den Austausch der Pumpe sind schon sehr ambitioniert. Nachdem ich per Zufall die Pumpe im Internet sah und diese dort um 200% (Einzelhandelspreis wohlgemerkt) unter dem Preis der Fa. Komornik lag, habe ich mir erlaubt, Hr. Komornik darauf anzusprechen. Dieser reagierte äußerst ungehalten und meinte, ich hätte die Pumpe halt woanders kaufen sollen. Weiters würde er mir den Differenzbetrag rückerstatten und möchte dann nie mehr wieder von mir etwas hören. Unter diesen Umständen auch in meinem Sinne. Geld habe ich bis zum heutigen Tag nicht refundiert bekommen. Die Fa. Komornik reagierte auch nicht auf ein Mail von mir. Offenbar eine Firma, die es nicht mehr notwendig hat, auf Kundenzufriedenheit zu achten. Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert. Für den promptem Einsatz gibt es einen Stern, der Rest ist zu vergessen.
Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the numerous positive experiences of other customers. The Komornik company was quickly on the spot after a defect in the heating pump, but obviously they think they can also include this in the price. Almost 600 euros for replacing the pump is very ambitious. After I happened to see the pump on the Internet and it was 200% (retail price mind you) below the Komornik price, I took the liberty of asking Mr. to contact Komornik. He reacted extremely angrily and said I should have bought the pump somewhere else. He would also refund me the difference and then never want to hear from me again. Under these circumstances also in my sense. To this day I have not received my money back. The Komornik company did not respond to an email from me either. Apparently a company that no longer needs to pay attention to customer satisfaction. Conclusion: Not recommended. One star for prompt use, forget the rest.
