★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man darf nicht überall parken von der Kirche einen Strafzettel bekommen von €15,00 werde kein Seminar dort mehr besuchen !!!!!!!
You mustn't park everywhere. The church will give you a parking ticket of € 15.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Gästezimmer sind absolut ok (mit Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Dusche und WC). Wird sogar einmal wöchentlich gereinigt und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls ok (wenn man etwas länger bleibt !)
The guest rooms are absolutely ok (with fridge, TV, shower and toilet). Is even cleaned once a week and price-performance ratio is also ok (if you stay a little longer!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe leider keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich war zur Miete im Top12 am Kolpingplatz. Die Verwaltung befindet sich im Kolpinghaus. Leider ist es nicht so gepflegt, wie sie es wirken lassen möchten. Man stösst auf Ignoranz und Unfreundlichkeit. Theatervorstellungen könnten sich eine Scheibe davon abschneiden.
Unfortunately I have not had a good experience. I was for rent in the Top12 at Kolpingplatz. The administration is located in the Kolpinghaus. Unfortunately, it is not as well maintained as you would like it to appear. You encounter ignorance and unfriendliness. Theatrical performances could cut off a slice of it.

Well suited for private courses in groups. I was allowed to take my exam for digital ship radio there.

Very friendly staff, clean, bright rooms. Unfortunately, parking was a bigger problem...
