★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem schöne Landschaft mit vielen Wasserfällen und Wandermöglichkeiten. Die Staumauer ist sehr eindrucksvoll und kann in einer interessanten Führung besichtigt werden. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert. Mit der Kärntencard ist die Mautstraße gratis befahrbar.
Extremely beautiful landscape with many waterfalls and hiking opportunities. The dam is very impressive and can be viewed on an interesting guided tour. Definitely highly recommended. The toll road can be used free of charge with the Kärntencard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr lohnenswertes Ausflugsziel. Allein die Anreise ist schon imposant aufgrund der vielen Wasserfälle. Warme Sachen mitnehmen. Die Staumauer ist beeindruckend. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Restaurantpreise sind für die Lage angemessen.
A very worthwhile destination. The journey alone is impressive because of the many waterfalls. Take warm things with you. The dam is impressive. Good starting point for hikes. Restaurant prices are reasonable for the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist echt einen Ausflug wert. Schon die 14 km Hochalm Straße ist gigantisch. Wasserfälle und mehrere Tunnel, kann man sich nicht vorstellen. Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten anzuhalten und Fotos zu schießen ??
It's really worth a trip. Even the 14 km Hochalm road is gigantic. One cannot imagine waterfalls and several tunnels. There are several ways to stop and take photos ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! To reach there you have to travel a mountain narrow and extremely beautyful about 18 km long road, full of tunnels tight turns and traffic lights. The dam is so high you will fear to step closer to the edge and for even more extreme experience you just step down to a deck, with see through flor.. so don’t look down if you fear of high... Take some worm clothes there, because there is a strong wind cold like wind even if summers hot weather.
