Vielleicht wussten sie nicht was sie wollen. I can not imagine that someone who started from the bottom could not sell a car to a small family. Maybe they did not know what they wanted.

Weder der Zustand des Fahrzeugs noch die Gewährleistung rechtfertigten den deutlich höheren Preis den ich gegenüber dem Privatmarkt bezahlt habe. Kann ich daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen Unfortunately for me the bottom line is a bad buy. Neither the condition of the vehicle nor the warranty justified the much higher price I paid to the private market. Can I therefore not recommend

Die schon etwas abgenutzten Scheibenwischer wurden etwa ein Monat nach Kauf anstandslos kostenlos umgetauscht. Das Umstecken von Sommer- auf Winterreifen inkl. Überprüfung der Batterie wurde ebenfalls kostenlos vorgenommen. Dabei waren die Mitarbeiter immer wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Autohaus und die KFZ Werkstatt Kölbl ist ein Unternehmen, bei dem "der Kunde ist König" kein leerer Spruch sondern gelebtes Motto ist. Ich würde SOFORT wieder dort ein Auto kaufen! I bought my Kia cee'd here a few months ago and I love the service. The slightly worn windshield wipers were exchanged for about a month after purchase without any cost. The changeover from summer to winter tires incl. Checking the battery was also done free of charge. The staff were always really friendly and accommodating. The car dealership and the car workshop Kölbl is a company in which "the customer is king" is not an empty saying but a lived motto. I would immediately buy a car there again!

Preise sind meiner Meinung nach gut und die erweiterte Gewährleistung war auch eine positive Überraschung. In meinem Fall klare Empfehlung. Everything worked out so well, so fast and uncomplicated I had not bought a car yet. Prices are good in my opinion and the extended warranty was also a positive surprise. In my case, clear recommendation.

Das ist es nur "wenn das Fahrwerk verzogen ist oder so" ! Wollen Sie sich das wirklich antun, von einem Verkäufer (in Mechaniker-Hosen und mit schmutzigen Händen) einen solchen Satz sagen lassen ? Und das womöglich noch wenn man eine Anreise von mehreren Stunden hinter sich hat und vorab telefonisch geklärt hat, dass das Auto KEINEN UNFALLSCHADEN hätte haben sollen.... Keine Empfehlung! Absolutely incompetent, dubious and unfriendly. A clearly visible "front damage" is not an accident damaged car, according to an employee. That's only "if the landing gear is warped or something"! Do you really want to do that to yourself, have a salesperson (in mechanic's trousers and with dirty hands) say such a sentence? And possibly even if you have traveled several hours and have clarified in advance by phone that the car should NOT have had ANY ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE .... No recommendation!
