★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der 24h Notdienst dieser Firma ist unübertroffen. Ich hatte am Wochenende ein Problem mit meinem Garagentor. Es hat keine Stunde gedauert, und der Fehler wurde von einem sehr kompetenten Techniker behoben.
Mein nächstes Tor kaufe ich auch bestimmt dort. Absolut empfehlenswert!
 The 24h emergency service of this company is second to none. I had a problem with my garage door at the weekend. It did not take an hour, and the mistake was corrected by a very competent technician.
I'll definitely buy my next gate there too. Highly Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meiner Meinung nach sehr überteuert mit sehr unübersichtlichen Fahrtkosten. Die Fahrzeit wurde bei beiden Mitarbeitern direkt als Arbeitszeit verrechnet, wobei die Zeit noch dazu wirklich sehr aufgerundet wurde (zusätzlich zur berechneten KFZ-Pauschale). Bei meiner Beschwerde bin ich vom Chef persönlich sehr unfreundlich und herablassend behandelt worden, in einem Tonfall, der Kunden gegenüber wirklich nicht angebracht ist. Würde ich definitiv nicht empfehlen!
In my opinion, very overpriced with very confusing travel costs. The travel time was charged directly as working time for both employees, whereby the time was still very much rounded up (in addition to the calculated motor vehicle flat rate). In my complaint, I have been treated by the boss personally very unfriendly and condescending, in a tone that is really not appropriate to customers. I would definitely not recommend!
