On March 9th, 2022, Mr. Unger carried out a very competent and quick initial diagnosis on my BMW, followed by a timely repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fahre schon lang BMW und war auch schon in vielen Niederlassungen im In- und Ausland, aber so freundlich und zuvorkommend wie im Südburgenland bei Kohla-Strauss hab ich BMW noch nicht erlebt. Das Team ist eine große Familie und kennt nur Lösungen und keine Probleme. Herr Heigl, Herr Bailicz, Frau Peter um nur einige zu erwähnen haben immer ein offenes Ohr und handel kompetent und rasch. Unser neuer BMW ist dort auch in Zukunft in besten Händen.
Da hat man noch mehr Freude am Fahren!
I've been driving BMW for a long time and have been to many branches in Germany and abroad, but I've never experienced BMW as friendly and courteous as in southern Burgenland at Kohla-Strauss. The team is a big family and only knows solutions and no problems. Mr. Heigl, Mr. Bailicz, Ms. Peter, to name just a few, always have an open ear and act competently and quickly. Our new BMW will continue to be in the best of hands there.
That makes driving even more fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here last Thursday. I tried to fix up the problem I got at another official BMW service. It is great, isn't it? I t seemed to be fixed and I came home. The next evening I saw that my car needs service again. And there is no information in car's computer that I have been on service. I live in 75 km from service. And tell me please why I should to pay again for my way, to spend at least 3 hours of my life just because somebody does his work awfully! I payed the total price for the service and have got a trouble again. I hate you bmw! Your cars are good, but services are disgusting.
