Zuerst waren meine Haare Lila und dann wollte man das mit Wasserstoff und Blondierung neutralisieren. Ergebnis war eine verätzte Kopfhaut. Von der Geschäftsleitung habe ich als Entschuldigung ein Haarshampoo und Öl erhalten! Keine Entschädigung oder Entschuldigung! I've been a customer for many years but I've never seen anything like it. At first my hair was purple and then you wanted to neutralize it with hydrogen and bleaching. The result was a burned scalp. As an apology I received a hair shampoo and oil from the management! No compensation or excuse me!

Sie ist super freundlich sehr bemüht und arbeitet sehr professionell. Auch die anderen Mädels machen einen tollen Job und sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Einfach top - ich komme gerne wieder :) I had the sweet hair straightening done by Jenny and I am super satisfied with it. The hair is really a ** straight and the result is amazing. She is super friendly, tries very hard and works very professionally. The other girls also do a great job and are very friendly and eager. Simply great - I would love to come back :)
