Bis jetzt aber nur eine Friseurin getroffen, die wirklich alles so umgesetzt hat wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Leider arbeitet sie nicht mehr dort. Letztens war ich trotz dem noch einmal dort und auch wenn alles in allem "nur" 60 Euro gekostet hat, komme ich nicht mehr. Wollte ein richtig schönes Grau in den Spitzen, habe der Friseurin sogar alles überlassen wie den Farbton ect. Im Salon war es ein leichtes Pastellgrau. 2 Tage später beim Haare waschen war es komplett ausgewaschen und ich war wieder blond, obwohl sie gemeint hätte es wäre permanent (kam sogar mit der bitte das ich etwas langanhaltendes haben möchte und nichts was sich rauswäscht). Habe nun um 2,95 eine Haarfarbe beim DM gekauft und es selbst erledigt :D All are very friendly and priced and so on everything is discussed beforehand. But until now only a hairdresser met, which has really implemented everything as I imagined. Unfortunately she does not work there anymore. Recently I was there again and even though all in all "only" cost 60 euros, I'm not anymore. Wanted a really nice gray in the tips, the hairdresser even left everything as the color ect. In the salon it was a light pastel gray. 2 days later when washing her hair it was completely washed out and I was blond again, although she would have meant it would be permanent (even with the request that I would like to have something long lasting and nothing washes out). Have now bought at 2.95 a hair color at the DM and done it yourself: D

Dann wurde eine ziemliche genau Zeiteinschätzung abgegeben. Der Preis wurde vorher deutlich kommuniziert und der Wunsch perfekt realisiert! Bin sehr zufrieden Heim gefahren! So I have to say the hairdresser knows what customer orientation means! Anyone who came in would be welcomed immediately and asked what his concern was. Then a pretty accurate time estimate was made. The price was clearly communicated beforehand and the wish was perfectly realized! I drove home very satisfied!
